Magical amulet that gives powers over dragons

The Descendant Finders and Zorgon were both looking for this item, which was used in the Pact of Undoing to turn Celobae to stone. It is now in the possession of Teresa Blackmoth, who is trying to destroy it.
At Gledrip's request, Endrin the Illusionist created a fake. Not even Gledrip knew which was the real one.
History of the Amulet
Fashioned by elves in Krythar long ago to protect themselves from Ballach the Bold's Chief Mage.
As elves and dragons had long been friends, after Ballach captured it, he had it mutated into a weapon against the dragons.
Hundreds of years later, the amulet was brought over to Eraven by the Knights of St. Stephen.
It was, at some point, given as a gift to a noble woman, but later was stolen in a daring heist by Marco Fleetfoot and then "given" as a gift (some would say sold) to King Ivellios of the elves.
