Exporting and Your Scabard Campaign Data

At Scabard, we understand the importance of ensuring the safety of your campaign data. To address concerns about potential changes in the digital landscape, we provide multiple options for exporting your valuable content. And to let you know about Scabard's automated backups.
Exporting Campaign Data
JSON Export:
- Navigate to Your Campaign's Main Page: Click on the down arrow button on your campaign's main page.
- Access Campaign Export Feature: Find the "Export" feature in the menu.
- Export as JSON: Click on "Export as JSON" to download your campaign data in JSON format. This feature is available for all accounts, including the free Basic Subscription.
Creating a PDF
Printable Feature:
- Access Printable Feature: Utilize the "Printable" feature within your campaign.
- Create and Save PDF: Generate a PDF of your campaign, containing all essential details. Note: The Printable feature is part of the Hero subscription. Contact us if you need assistance, and we'll be happy to email you a PDF.
Automatic Backups
- Regular Backups: We perform regular backups to ensure the safety of your campaign data.
