When you log in, you are taken to your profile page, which has a list of your campaigns. If you're already logged in, then click on your username in the menu bar, which takes you to your profile page.
Or, if you've recently edited your campaign, sort the list of campaigns by "Recency", and yours should be near the top.
Or, click on "Campaigns" menu and search for your campaign in the search bar in the "All" tab.
