Found on a victim's finger in an Owlbear's cave.
Score: 172 | 9/23/22 |
This magical wooden ring is engraved with primitive symbols of many animals. It was discovered on a desiccated finger whose owner did not survive an Owlbear attack. There is no other obvious known history regarding the ring, but the symbols might be researched.
The ring does not need attunement, and when it is placed on a living creature's finger, it automatically sizes to a perfect fit. It tingles on the finger, and immediately conveys its powers. This ring has 3 maximum charges, and it regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. While wearing the ring, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges to cast one of the following spells (DDM APPLIES):
-
Bestial Communication (Speak with Animals)
-
Behold the Secret Truth (Fear)
-
Kin to the Beast (Animal Friendship)
