Ontharr Frume is a Lawful Good paladin in the Forgotten Realms setting and appears in Hoard of the Dragon Queen.

I don't believe Ontharr has official stats, so I recommend making him a 5th level Paladin . Use the one I made up in the "Character Sheet" tab below (downloadable PDF!).Or here: PDF of Ontharr Frume
Why no official stats? It seems PC's aren't meant to fight him. He is simply a mid-level McGuffin character that the PC's are just meant to deliver a message to.
But as we know, some PC's just like to pick a fight, so you may need stats (hello Barbarians)!
