Summary:
[Mixed Fantasy / Minor Magic Punk] Focusing on the Lost Realm where technology is emergent but magic still exists.
This iteration of the Lost Realms is focused on a later generation of heroes who live in the sixth age. These heroes will make their way into the annals of history exploring the Memories of the Fallen.
Campaign Elements:
Magic has lessened from the high point in the third or fourth ages to the lowest place in known history. It would be rated as medium strength as an average. There is some variation from day to day and location to location. Magic is reliable but not as grandiose as in the legends of the past.
There are quite a few instances where technology has been used in concert with magic and psionics.
Psionics was never disrupted but has never had an era to grow and expand as magic has. Some of the old magics have for some reason become part of the realm of psionics and some have straddled the line between the two.
Through various events, many of which are unknown, the races have changed from the past significantly. Elven and human blood has dispersed into many races. Several races have disappeared. As the magic began to wane so did the lifespans of the majority of the races. There are those who seem to have extremely long lifespans commonly said to have the blood of kings.
The Gods have reduced in number from the third age but in general, have been less involved in the mortal world since the outcome of the Godswar.
