An ally of the sisters of light who just recently became a full member.
Felicia was an ally of Rainawen and was well know and friendly to Norma. She had ben an ally, a source of funding, and helped to get people in and out of various dark elf areas that are quite difficult to get in. Felicia was a well respected merchant and bank in the Dark Elf world. She was always known to be fair and consistent and her expertise with her polearm made her a force to be reckoned with in battle as well. She was feared because she took down a rival house who did not pay their debts, it is now known this matriarch was known to mistreat servants and other dark elves.
Felicia was at the death of Lolth finally convinced to publically join the Sisters of Light. This was another strike against the Drow Civil War that has now begun to fall apart.
She is known to be a nice person but is a bit strict and in all cases following things to the letter. She has done this both for and against herself.
