Cafarei

A location, possibly a realm or a city in an unknown realm. There is not even an indication of distance.

Se'all says she was born and grew up there. No one else is known to have come from here. Attempts to locate Cafarei by magic have not been able to lock onto a valid target. Se'all has been detected as believing it via magical means when she says she grew up there.

What little is known seems to indicate a fairly traditional society that is just about the renaissance era in technology with what may be remnants from an older culture. According to Se'all they are very egalitarian on the basis of sex and race. She did say the exception was an unusual ruling race that she could not quite remember.

There is some reference to this being either the "City in Blue" or perhaps the name of the realm is "Blue". 

There are some connections that may be to a mental state needed to enter, but most scholars say this is incorrect. Some say there is a requirement of maybe drugs, spells, diseases, or even poisons to enter.
