Blind Monks who worship Terna

They sacrifice their eyes to goddess a show of eternal faith, mostly monks who wish to see the world as Terna does. They go through a ritual on initiations where they take one eye. When they finish their training they are command to remove the other by their own hands.
These monks travel all of world to create a violence. they seek out mercenary work, and many things that would cause violence. This does not necessary mean they are seeking out evil actions. There are many monks of the Blind Assembly, just want the violence and sometimes that means a good action. They will seek out the most violence, but won't be causing the violence them selves.
Jodan Ylighter is the leader of sept and swears he has aura vision like Terna. He is not evil but he is not good either but he does have his hands in most of the governments in the world.
