The God of the Arts
Score: 163 | 6/24/22 |
Iztia was born only moments after her brother Rhidarr. At first she was still & quiet. For merely an entire moment she lay so perfectly that Zora began to weep at what she believed to be her passed child. The animals of the forest, who had assembled for Rhidarr, began to cry out in a baleful dirge of a chorus. Trees & leaves began to echo their sorrowful notes and resound around the World Tree. Then, as if she was merely taking a short nap, Iztia's eyes opened wide with joy and reverence. Her irises were a deep purple and they danced with amusement at the singing.
Iztia's domain would be the arts & creativity. She would become the caretaker of the spirit to express themselves that lives within each being. Iztia would take this duty with grave seriousness. She would often assemble before the courts of the world and beckon for them to share whatever song lurked in their heart.
Followers of Iztia often flock to urban centers to build great works of art and create wide public squares for performances. Her clergy are diligent in their quest to provide the means to make art to everyone of every background.
