Morphioc

Morphioc came into being after the first being created the first tool to make a process easier.  They are wholly unique because they are the direct result of the world shaping itself. It has led them to be incredibly independent of the other Quinterrai influences. Marching to the beat of the engine and the drum, they move forward, unstoppable. During the Schism of the Parthenon they chose to remain neutral, citing that to start over removes any progress or hard work that has already been put into, as they call Wythnos, the great experiment.

They are consumed by projects, always working to improve not only themselves, but the world in general. Scientists, particularly the Mechaneer guild, find themselves graced with inspiration given to them by Morphioc. Empirical to a fault, they are stubborn and inflexible when it comes to any approach to innovation. The last time they strayed from the path of methods they adhere to, their mind became trapped in a giant floating ship. Constantly trying to free their mind, they push the civilizations below to constantly invent, hoping that one day they create the technology to undo their curse. 

Far from letting this setback interfere with their work. Morphioc continues to focus their energies in attempting to maintain the tenuous peace between the various factions that have sprung amongst their siblings. Considered the most neutral, Morphioc stands as a judge  to soothe slights and prevent another schism from befalling them all. 

They are very fond of the Leoric race, noting that despite their origins, consider them the next step in progress for the inhabitants below.
