Heath's Hot Drink

Heath is the owner of this stall. It is a simple stall that she also has a small area where she can take customers inside for relations. When is in the "backroom" the Watch seems to look at her site to protect her. She does have regulars that drop by. She is aware of Helen but does not care about her fate. She does try to get people coming from the Wizards of the Gold Court to her area. She has clothing malfunctions for those clients. She is open to any activity that brings money to her.
