Osver Flintwood

A male halfling information broker located in the library in the town of Salgrove. He is an expert in finding people, but also excels in locating items and dungeons. He is a happy go lucky man who for a serious cause will give information for little to no charge. Takes a couple of days to return with a lead. Everyone in Salgrove knows Osver for some reason.

Osver has worked as an information broker for a very long time, he has never had another occupation.

Osver stands at 3 feet tall and weighs 42 lbs. He has golden brown hair and bushy sideburns. His eyes are the color of honey and his teeth are a little too straight. When he is not searching for information he is wearing colorful blouses and purple pants, with pointed shoes. When he is out working he has much duller clothes to help him blend in.

He has a high dexterity wisdom charisma and intelligence, being very stealthy and inquisitive, he can easily perceive things about people, and everyone seems to like him. his strength is lacking given his stature.

Osver has a specific talent for finding people and items, he also loves puzzles.

He has a particularly high voice. He always greets you thrice.

He is rarely in a bad mood and almost always has a positive thing to say about people.

Osver believes Friendship is the most important thing in life, the second is knowledge.

He has always been drawn to places with books and likes to hang out there.

Knowing so much information, Osver can tend to be a gossip.

Osver asked for an office space within the library, but they refused to give him one, so he made a fort in the corner using tables, chairs, and books to level out certain areas. His fort only has one entrance to it and just to the side of this entrance hangs a hand written sign that on one side states "open for inquiry" and on the other "out on business"
