Empress of the Xaryxian Empire

Xedalli, a chaotic neutral astral elf aristocrat (see Boo’s Astral Menagerie), wears a ring of shooting stars and is initially friendly toward the characters.
She was captured by her brother and rival for the throne of the Xarxyian Empire, Prince Xeleth, and was initially slated to die on Thibal's homeworld before her captors were slain by Vampirates and she was taken hostage.
Freed for a short time by a crew from the Spelljammer Corps, she was recaptured in Doomspace, but not before slipping one of the Spelljammer Corps members her ring of shooting stars.
An attack was later mounted to rescue her and support her bid for Empress. The Spelljammer Corp crew was sucessfful about this; however, she immediately turned on them because she was unwilling to destroy Xaryxis to save Thibal's homeworld. After a great battle, this came to pass anyway and she fled with other refugees.
She has since assumed control of the majority of the remaining colonies of the Empire, but it mired in a civil war with her brother, Prince Xeleth, who claims he is the rightful heir to the throne and Xaryxis' destruction is her fault.
