The city consists mainly of a handful of permanent large docks, including New Mingu, Radiant Bay, Vines, Trawl, and Remos Dock, each with its own unique customs and mores. For most Navirians, the dock they were raised in is an important part of their culture, belief system, and so on. In addition to the urban center, a large number of floating docks also drift in and out of the city throughout the year, providing wares, tradespeople, crafters, and mercenaries for hire.
