Belgrien is a trade hub for the southern expanse of the Fifth Empire. It is known for its diverse population and location along prominent trade routes.
Population: around 4,000 (predominately human, but fairly welcoming to other folk)
Government: Representative Council (consisting of Auvis Trembath, Orrin Clatriani, Jost Ackerly, Lady Constance Garin and Rook Erimgrays.
Neighborhoods:
Raykar District: Area around the city gates, populated primrily by recent immigrants to Belgrien.
Brass District: Well to do neighborhood, oriinally composed of immigrants from Peetal ki Bhoomi.
Huriya: An area populated by refugees from nearby Talveria and other areas.
Central Market: The heart of Belgrien, full of market stalls and businesses.
Karotaj District: Working class area that is home to many blue collar workers and warriors for hire.
Miners' Camp: Tent city and low income housing that is the home of Belgrien's mine workers.
Yorbruk District: Artisan neighborhood of Belgrien
Serr: Shantytown in the middle of Belgrien.
Street of Shrines: Neighborhood devoted to the worship of the gods.
Faranstrich (Painted District):Known for its predominantly Elven populace and its brightly painted buildings.
