Baccus Group assignments that are especially demanding and/or politically sensitive are carried out by the covert active measures department, the Men of Action. The Men of Action are headed by a Chief of Operations, who coordinates the activities of a Signals Intelligence (Sig-Int) Specialist, a Human Intelligence (Hum-Int) Specialist, a Senior Field Agent, and two Field Agents.
