When the Argosans arrived and asked the Thuels the name of that hill, the Thuels said “pen” which means “hill" in the Thuel language. So the Argosans used their word for hill, “tor,” and called it Torpen (hill-hill).

Then the Varnori arrived and the same process was added to their world for hill “Haugr”. So now it was Torpen Haugr (Hill-Hill-Hill).

Later, it was translated to the common tongue, now called Torpenhow Hill (Hill Hill Hill Hill)

The Village near the hill is small. They have a solid treaty with the nearby Thuels, the Red Spear Tribe. The village exchanges grain and the handiwork of the local blacksmith, including spearheads and arrowheads, the Red Spears do not attack the village. Also, Trahaean Torpenhow took Chief Wawatam's eldest daughter, Yolotl as his bride. The treatise has been in good standing for seven years.
