The party tackle a nasty trek through a swamp

Day 3 (evening)
Following the duel the party returned to their hut. Shortly after this the party were approached by Eskani who asked to speak with Ruric Ironfoot and Elnorin. The elders of Dushnihk Yal offered Ruric a chance to suppress the effects of Ashkeeper at the cost of some of his personal power. He accepts and undergoes the ritual.
Ruric and Elnorin rejoined Heskan and Braith. He used illusions to explain their adventures to Bankanir.
They discovered that the settlement the locals call 'Holdfast' (Largashbur in netherese) is three days away.
Elnorin shared the excerpts from Syndrid's research with everyone now Ashkeeper is 'asleep'.
Day 4
The group journey to the edge of the swamp and rest there. During the day Heskan summons Namhias, an Iron Drake that will become his mount.
Day 5
The party enter the swamp and are warned of Dath (large reptiles). The party are lucky to not find any but do come across two black slimes that emerge from the swamp water (that corroded their equipment to the displeasure of most) and a large bush that regrows severed limbs.
