Tiandeiraeg, being awoken from his sleep by Ghuda Bule, was encouraged to seek out the adventurers who had been gone for a while. Promised coin, the gold dragonborn struck out after them. He found them having vanquished the kobolds on the surface, readying to climb into the tunnels beneath.
They explored the ruins, doing battle with a kobold sorcerer and it's minion, where they found a chest with a scroll and some gems. Belam found a large diamond on the sorcerer. Tiandeiraeg spotted traps, keeping them safe.
Next Batthu and Tiandeiraeg pretending to be the vanquished kobolds and drew their leader into an ambush. The group fell upon the chief kobold but after an initial flourish it remained standing. It responded by critically injuring the dragonborn. Cefesee, Batthu and Belam worked together to kill the angry, blue kobold with a magic missile finishing the job. On the body they found an encrypted note.
In the final chamber they found a large pile of coin and two caravan workers. They explained that the kobold had exchanged their goods for the loot. They were Khem-Mose and Meris, they had been transferring research from the Great Library to Secunda Artorius Servia but had been targeted for attack. A brief rest later, the dragonborn was conscious again.
They took their loot and rescued companions back to Bet and Ghuda before journeying back to see if they could find any remnants of the stolen goods. They found some bodies and a Grick. The Grick nearly killed Cefesee but was slain. They searched the camp above, found nothing and returned to the caravan to recuperate and journey on.
