Direct Sibling and Half-Sibling Connections

Feature Idea: Siblings and half-siblings as direct connections.

NOTE: This came in third place in the Round 3 of "What should I build next?". Thus it will be re-voted on in the next round (Jan or Feb of 2020).

Most of you are aware these are derived connections based on common parents. And for various reasons I never made those direct connections.

But oftentimes the parents are not important at all to a campaign, but the fact that two characters are siblings is. So GM's are forced to choose between creating bogus parents to get the derived sibling connections or just not have the sibling connection at all.

But awhile ago, I did some deep thinking on this, and there is a way to do direct connections while simultaneously addressing the concerns I have.

But it's a fair bit of tricky code that would be required.
