The MIB Ethical Oversight Board (EOB) exists to ensure that the immense power wielded by the Mutant Intelligence Bureau remains legally justified, ethically grounded, and internationally accountable.

The Board is civilian-controlled, UN-chartered, and politically independent from MIB tactical command. It can:

Block Orbital Aegis Omega Strikes
Launch investigations into misconduct
Mandate rehabilitation instead of incarceration
Issue international sanctions against MIB divisions
It is the primary counterweight to executive power.
