This individual ensures that the Blue Hand’s operatives are always ready for battle, overseeing the training of martial artists, mercenaries, and other physically enhanced members. They also handle any internal threats, eliminating rogue members or rivals.

A former black-ops soldier enhanced through illegal mutant experimentation, he emerged with extreme durability and strength that borders on superhuman myth.

He believes in discipline, hierarchy, and consequences. His brutality isn’t chaotic — it’s corrective.
