Lord Vorakesh

Physical Description: Whereas his Lieutenant, Ankaur Maro looks emaciated, Lord Vorakesh himself looks dead, but forgot to lay down. Maybe it is his terrible will that keeps him moving forward. No one knows what he actually looks like because he keeps his face in a Crown and Death Mask combination the hair could be a part of the mask as a personal conceit/ affectation The upper half of his Wizards staff is attached to a human spine, ribs, and skull. Lord Vorakesh is draped in a purple toga-like robe and a wide skull belt with many malign magical components attached. Lair: Deep in the Mistlands alongside Waiqar. Influence: Anywhere is Terinoth the touch of his evil can be felt, if attuned to it. He has vast power, an army at his disposal- the Deathborn Legion, commanded by Ardus Ix'Erebus, and many Necromantic Lieutenants such as Ankaur Maro. He fears no one, but deeply respects his Mentor, Waiqar- the perpetrator of the Frist and Second Darkness.

Updated Vorakesh info 03/30/20: The Mistlands are in far more Turmoil than normal. In his efforts to raise Margath, the Dragon High-Lord, Vorakesh is attempting to wrest power, while on the surface working with Waiqar the Undying who has has held sway there since starting the First Darkness- XX years ago. To say things are going from bad to worse is an understatement- akin to "Ferrox bites have been know to cause occasional bleeding". Vorakesh has an extensive network of Lieutenants, Underlings, Henchmen, and Mercenaries- chief among them, his twisted bride, Lady Vorakesh, whose real name and identity are unknown, and his devout Soldier-Servant Ardus Ix'Erebus. His Tendrils of Evil seem to grow at an alarming rate. While Waiqar controls the Mistlands, Vorakesh wants to bring all of Terinorth to its knees. Is Vorakesh working with or against Waiqar? The lands themselves tremble at the thought of an un-beholden Vorakesh. Lord Vorakesh cares nothing for society, except how it can further his schemes to bring back Margath. Once complete, he wishes to be his Second-in-Command and to control the Mistlands and Southern Terrinoth. The Power-vacuum left by Waiqar has been fully filled and in fact, growing at an alarming rate. A few seasons ago, he was but another lunatic wanting to bring back the 'Old Bad Days', now he is a legitimate threat to encroach the Southern cities like Vynevale and Riverwatch. His accolades and evil presence can be felt in the seedier parts of these cities At this rate, inside 2 years, it is conceivable that Forge and Tamilir could fall to his madness. He Must be stopped at all costs. Vorakesh cares nothing for society, except how it can further his schemes to bring back Margath.
