Southwestern Estates

 The second district first buildings were these farm home. These were a distance away from The Horseman Tavern, Messa House, Paulus House, Gavaus House, Oleg's Trading Post, and Five Shrines of Krimm. On 7/1/4719 this ward was full with Krimm Grainary, Krimm Cemetery, and Wild Ale Brewery with the feeling of wide open spaces. Most of these houses are mini farms with fields and livestock. The majority faith is of Erastil. People who live in this area want to avoid close spaces or any further development. They want a more rural existence but close to get the advantages' of a more urban area. Being the second district to Krimm the representative to the settlement council guards against any future expansion in this zone. Being the hub for food creation for the Krimm Expansion, this is a priority. The last development that was accepted with some concern was Krimm Cemetery. With the assurances from the Five Shires of Krimm that any issues of the dead would be their first concern. Castor Paulus has established a group of his champions to protect the Krimm Cemetery from any issues with the undead.
