Albinus Gallus wanted to build his own shop away from others. He started to build across from the Krimm Townhall. The first area he wanted was his arcane study to do his research. He then wanted a library to store his work. Being the workaholic he wanted a bedroom for over night stays. The last a dream washroom area. When he came back from Nightstone he went to the Krimm Throne Room Complex to withdraw 10 sapphire to start to build his arcane study. Samantha Vers went to serve as the scholar for the Lulus Institute. He then hired Michele Ernest to be the scholar for his study. On 11/4/4719 after the battle of Nivakta's Crossing 1,000 gold pieces came to build a library to do research in the area of the arcane. On 11/23/4719 Gavaus Tappo gave 1,000 gold pieces to develop Albinus Gallus bedroom. On 1/3/4720 Gavaus Tappo gave 30,000 silver pieces to for the construction workers to build a Scriptorium for Albinus Gallus in their building queue,
