The first building on the Tresendar Manor Plane in the highest level is the first construction project. Gildha Duhn was put in charge of the construction and managing of the stables to hold the horses and Sugar who is Sylva bear companion. The stables has a shed to hold the Tresendar Mobile Headquarters Platform for the group to use while traveling overland. The two story living quarters with the first level having a kitchen and the basement storage of supplies makes this a homey area. The upper level is used for Gildha Duhn private quarters and a secret way to upper food storage for the animals.
