Neutropolis

A city on the cutting edge of technology, Neutropolis, Pennsylvania is home to major corporations, a living Medieval Faire, the world famous Atlantis Exhibition, and Neutropolis University.

Streets are heated from underneath with a modified radiant floor heating system.  The City also has Fiberoptic lines under the streets providing the whole city with internet.  The Streets are set up in a solid grid with the northern half (north of Center Boulevard) as Numeric Streets 1st Ave. to 20th Ave., the southern half being the first 20 elements of the Periodic Table, and the Presidents as the north/south streets starting at Washington and ending with Ford (with a boulevard named Middle Ave. between Hayes and Garfield streets), with Carter through Obama in the University Campus area (only extends 13th Ave to 20th Ave. (Repeated last names get Ave. instead of St.).

The Construction of the City finished in 2015, so Obama is as far down the Presidential list as it goes, but Trump bought the warehouse district just east of town on the river, so he got his inclusion.

High Rails do a cloverleaf though the city, with several stations in prominent buildings, and a subway system works underneath.
