Hiodisetr

Thorp of Hiodisetr. This small community has been ravaged by the Dread Stalkers - who typically only operate alone. The two survivors managed to kill a couple of the Dread Stalkers, but at least 3 got away. 

• Population: Approximately 58 elves (deceased)
• Government: Hiodisetr is governed by the local priest, a male elf named Apinn Hrollison (deceased).
• Notable Places:
  
  • The Guildhall: A grand stone-walled building, decorated with finely carved friezes. It contains a large meeting hall and several smaller rooms. It is shared amongst several local merchants.
  • The Cask: A modest inn and tavern. A hidden door in the cellar opens to the southeast passage.
  • The Sylvan Theatre: A large theatre of rock and brick walls. Serves as a central meeting place for the citizens and traveling players.
• Notable NPCs:
  
  • Sigga: Female Elf Priest. Sigga is tall, with silver hair and grey eyes. She wears modest garments and numerous rings. Sigga is destructive but pleasant.
  • Orgeg: Female Elf Fighter. Orgeg has a narrow face, with uneven red hair and brown eyes. She wears magical plate armor and wields a magical halberd.
