TotE3 - Temple of the Emissary - Ceremony Chamber

A large open room.  The door from the stair exits onto a balcony overlooking the ceremony chamber. The entire rooms is covered floor to ceiling in dead vines, leaves, and branches with a broken ceiling above open to the air.  In some places the vines and leaves have been pile as high as ten feet.  There are three entrances to the Ceremony Chamber.

1. The floor is 70ft from the ceiling.  There are wooden ladders from the floor to several ledges around the room that are 3-4' wide.  On each ledge, amongst the dried and dead vines and branches, are ladders leading to the next ledge.  One could climb the ladders to eventually exit the chamber into the swamp above through two holes in the domed ceiling.
2. The balcony is 50ft above the floor.  There are wide stair cases on either side that lead to the balcony.  As the door to the upper chamber that leads from the main floor was never opened, the cultists do not use these.  Instead the stairs and the balcony have been used for storage. On either side of the balcony are two doors made of a silvery steel.  On each door is a symbol to the goddess Ebb. There are huge bars on the door, but they are not engaged and the doors are open.
3. There is an excavated hole leading to the main floor and the dormitories. See TotE2 - Lower Entrance to Ceremony Chamber.

Jaivaara is below holding a knife to the throat of a cultist as she recits this chant.“Grosh al’ Dryn Lord of the Depths God above the Elves, break free the crown, escape your prison, from the Nyrlyn Deep, Cast down the unbelieving, consume the fires of Mortinirious, crush the soul of the betrayer, rule this plane in life and in death. Do you give your life for the Blood King?"The cultists all chant "Yes." in unison.  A group of thirty three cultists kneel in prayer around her.  Around the sides of floor of the chamber are the bodies of the remaining townsfolk - 7 are still alive sitting drugged on the floor.  There are 20 Standing dead shuffling around the sides of the room as well.  Jaiveera holds Lleolamnir's Rod of the Blood King in her hand.  In the center of the room is a 15' pole lodged in the stone. She places one hand on the pole and touches the cultist with the rod.  When she does the cultist begins to rot.  Nothing happens.  She calls for another cultist.  She does the same thing.  Nothing happens.  She then cries out, "Kill them all!!" The cultists draw their scimitars and attack and kill all the remaining towns people.  The rod then begins to glow and an image resembling a giant multi-colored globe appears, spins and several locations begin to shine on the globe.  The globe grows until a location in a jungle is highlighted.  A ruined city.  Then the image disappears.  The Priestess collapses.
