Earth and Darkfawn have been linked for along time.  People occasionally "fall" through from Earth to the world of Darkfawn and usually end up in Thark or Turangol.

Earth has magic, which is closely monitored by DisneyCorp since the people of Earth are not generaly aware of true magic.  Magic is easier to do on Earth and can be orders of magnitude more powerful when used by a mage who has been taught to harness those energies.

Earth is the homeworld of Earthblood characters on Darkfawn.
