It comprises the state of Western Australia, with its capital, Perth, standing as a bastion of civilization amidst a surrounding wasteland. The state is bounded by the Great Desert to the east, the vast Indian Ocean to the west, and the rugged Kimberley region in the north. Unlike the crowded eastern states, which are now plagued by overpopulation, ecological collapse, and rampant supernatural activity, Western Australia has managed to retain a degree of stability due to its geographical isolation.

Perth, the heart of the state, is a fortress city surrounded by fortified walls, the last safe haven in a land ravaged by war and alien intrusion. The city is controlled by the Manticore Group, a powerful conglomerate that governs through military force and political manipulation. Outside Perth, the state is dominated by a harsh desert landscape, home to nomadic tribes, raiders, and scavengers.

Beyond the borders of Perth, the alien race known as the Xenos has begun infiltrating the power structures, manipulating both the human population and local factions for their own ends. These parasitic creatures have made their way into the city’s military, business, and scientific sectors, with rumors swirling of secret research projects like the Eclipse Project, where Xenos technology is being harnessed for nefarious purposes. In the vast emptiness of the desert, various gangs, including the Desert Maulers, have aligned themselves with the Xenos, exchanging valuable resources for advanced alien technology.

The state of Western Australia, though isolated, is far from untouched by the horrors of the world beyond. While Perth remains the last flicker of civilization, the surrounding regions are increasingly threatened by the instability caused by both human and extraterrestrial forces, and the struggle for control over its dwindling resources has only intensified in the post-apocalyptic wasteland.
