Bligarrian's Deep Vault

A long time ago, an adventurer who had more treasure than he could handle, and disliked the lack of a universal bank, so he arranged to open one.  Many rumors state that the is more massive than a great dragon's horde.

He hired a community of Tinker Gnomes to construct a vault to contain the treasure that would be the beginning of The Bank. Twelve enchanters to arrange the transfers and the Bank Cards.  A troubadour to travel the world advertising The Bank.  Lastly he bought out five slave markets to have enough workers to work the banks.

Throughout the 1050 years since the bank opened, it has gotten to the point where most children upon reaching adulthood have been granted a Bank Card, and several levels of card have been added.  The Magic Shoppes are a subsidiary of The Bank, where the extra vault rooms hold the inventories of the various Shoppes.

There is a statue of Bligarrian cross-legged in meditation who blocks the entrance to the vault.

Seven stones are in the bowl of the statue they are:
