Population:  Approximately 21000; primarily human, some dwarf and gnome.
Government:  Qatar is governed by a court of aristocrats.

2. The Shrine of Wallash: A stone niche enshrining an idol of Wallash, God of Travel, said to be sometimes visited by the god himself.
