Population:  Approximately 9700; mixed race.
Government:  Governance of the city is shared by a consortium of wealthy merchants and several wealthy aristocrats. 

Notable Places:

1. The Broken Blade: A large elven tavern, kept by a bronze dragon named Ayallal.
2. Napuzu's Pottery: A modest potter's workshop, decorated with many of what appear to be dragon eggs.
3. The Green Flagon: A grand commoner's tavern, decorated with exotic weapons and armor.

1. Paduma: Male Elf Fighter. Paduma has tangled red hair and dark brown eyes. He wears chain mail and wields a flail and shield. Paduma has an animal companion, a black dog named Mumebar.
2. Annaros: Male Elf Fighter. Annaros is rugged in appearance, with brown hair and narrow amber eyes. He wears banded mail and wields a military pick and shield. Annaros seeks to atone for past sins.

1. Saga: Female Elf Mercenary. Saga has a square face, with thick copper hair and soft brown eyes. She wears plain clothing and several pouches hang from her belt. Saga is rumored to be haunted by the ghost of a dragon.
2. Uzizkal: Male Halfling Baker. Uzizkal has braided blonde hair and hazel eyes. He wears worn clothing and a red cloak. Uzizkal is known for his stout breads, favored by the town guards.

1. Ayabal: Female Elf Fighter. Ayabal has thin copper hair and large brown eyes. She wears banded mail and wields a two-handed sword.
2. Mempsanga: Male Gnome Alchemist. Mempsanga is rugged in appearance, with auburn hair and narrow gray eyes. He wears well-made clothing and numerous rings. Mempsanga is dying and desperately seeks the secret of immortality.
3. Zuki: Male Half-orc Soldier. Zuki has red hair and light brown eyes, and a braided beard. He wears chain mail and wields a long sword. Zuki is hunting the warlord who murdered his family.

1. Uthros: Male Elf Wizard. Uthros is tall and willowy, with cropped black hair and large green eyes. He wears tailored clothing and wields a short sword and dagger.
2. Mammet: Female Elf Druid. Mammet is pleasant in appearance, with brown hair and light green eyes. She wears leather armor and wields a scimitar and darts. Mammet is covetous and arrogant.
3. Eshkit: Female Elf Paladin. Eshkit is exceptionally beautiful, with gray hair and dark brown eyes. She wears chain mail and wields a two-handed sword. Eshkit serves Kiriel, an ancient but forgotten goddess of healing.
4. Alalun: Male Elf Craftsman. Alalun has straight blonde hair and bright gray eyes. He wears modest garments and a wooden holy symbol.
5. Eueshendun: Male Half-elf Fighter. Eueshendun is common in appearance, with curly copper hair and light brown eyes. He wears splint mail and wields a long sword.
6. Annalum: Male Elf Warlock. Annalum has black hair and gray eyes. He wears expensive clothing and wields a dagger.

1. An ancient monolith of hewn crystal, which shines with a cold light when the town is under threat.  This is one of the sacred places of Crystal.

2. Ebapan: Male Half-elf Scofflaw. Ebapan is fey in appearance, with silver hair and sharp gray eyes. He wears modest garments and several small tools hang from his belt.
3. Ankin: Male Dwarf Servant. Ankin has straight auburn hair and gray eyes, and a long beard. He wears worn clothing and a green cloak.
