Population: Approximately 4,600.Government: Kimokumo is governed by a council of elders, whose bizarre laws and decrees are commonly ignored.
Notable Places:
  1. The Guildhall: An impressive stone-walled building, once an inn house. It contains a large meeting hall and several smaller rooms, and is shared amongst several local trade guilds.
  2. Miko's Folly: A tower of rough-hewn stone stands upon a rise in the land. It was built by an eccentric aristocrat named Nada Miko many years ago, for no apparent purpose.
A few NPCs:
  1. Toma Hita: Female Sohi. Hita is tall and slender, with uneven red hair and amber eyes. She wears chain mail and wields a long sword and shield. Hita is searching for the legendary elven kingdom of Forlonde.
  2. Hohkao Hiage: Male Druid. Hiage has curly gray hair and brown eyes, and a messy moustache. He wears leather armor and wields a hammer and dagger. Hiage is alluring and bloodthirsty.
  3. Taki Hunsa: Male Professional. Hunsa has an angular face, with brown hair and green eyes. He wears modest garments and silk gloves. Hunsa has an animal companion, a ginger ferret named Motsu.
  4. Mura Kuri: Female Scofflaw. Kuri is exceptionally beautiful, with black hair and bright amber eyes. She wears worn clothing and a wide-brimmed hat. Kuri was petrified for a hundred years.
Bridge Borough
Notable Places:
  1. The Fat Maiden: A modest elven inn, built atop an outcrop of obsidian.
  2. Heiji's Forge: A cluttered blacksmith's workshop, built around a volcanic fissure filled with flames.
  3. Suko's Carvings: A large woodcarver's workshop, carved out of the trunk of a large oak tree.
A few NPCs:
  1. Taku Hiri: Male Alchemist. Hiri has brown hair and blue eyes, and numerous fearsome piercings. He wears fine clothing and a sling of vials and potions. Hiri was raised by cultists of the Night Walker.
  2. Gawa Mako: Female Thief. Mako has straight silver hair and green eyes, and small ears. She wears leather armor and wields a club and sling. Mako has black cat named Tani.
  3. Shika Take: Male Fighter. Take has a round face, with uneven golden hair and blue eyes. He wears chain mail and wields a two-handed sword.
  4. Tsuji Mako: Female Cleric. Mako has black hair and bright gray eyes, and a beaked nose. She wears plate mail and wields a quarterstaff. Mako is abrasive and vulgar.
  5. Hita Tero: Male Samurai. Tero has red hair and large brown eyes. He wears splint mail and wields a bastard sword and javelins. Tero has an animal companion, a ginger dog named Dazu.
Feydale District
Notable Places:
  1. The Jovial Scoundrel: A fanciful commoner's inn, kept by a sphinx named Lila.
  2. The King and Flask: A shabby commoner's inn, which serves only wine.
  3. The Bone Tower: A tall tower with walls of fused humanoid bones and skulls. There are many in town who would like to see the ancient tower destroyed, but it seems to be invulnerable to harm.
A few NPCs:
  1. Mura Katsa: Male Professional, Good. Katsa has long red hair and sharp hazel eyes. He wears well-made clothing and carries a fine stiletto. Katsa seeks to save his family from financial ruin.
  2. Tsami Shiki: Male Illusionist, Good. Shiki is noble in bearing, with uneven auburn hair and green eyes. He wears modest garments and wields a quarterstaff and dagger. Shiki is hunting the doppelganger which destroyed his homeland.
  3. Yakan Mane: Female Kensai, Neutral. Mane has blonde hair and narrow green eyes, and a round nose. She wears scale mail and wields a katana and long bow. Mane is lewd and impatient.
Market
Notable NPCs:
  1. Inoh Iron: Male Chandler. Iron has straight golden hair and blue eyes. He wears modest garments and several small tools hang from his belt. Iron is known for his impossible luck.
  2. Sone Moro: Male Jeweler, Neutral. Moro is rugged in appearance, with white hair and hazel eyes. He wears modest garments and riding boots. Moro was cursed by a hag's ring, and falls asleep at random moments.
  3. Kunda Yonkun: Male Ronin, Neutral. Yonkun has thick golden hair and green eyes, and a magical tattoo on his arm. He wears leather armor and wields a club and darts. Its hard to picture Yonkun as an adventurer, but he is said to be the best fighter in town.
