The Occult

 When Scrinia Servinus came from Nightstone she wanted to start her new place called the Occult. She took out 10 sapphire from the Krimm Throne Room Complex. She wanted to develop the garden area to produce healing herbs for healing potions. Tammy Kredic left the Potion and Lotions to further study under Scrinia Servinus. Both are afraid in changing into hags. On 11/4/4719 after the battle of Nivakta's Crossing a 1,000 gold pieces came to open an occult study. On 11/23/4719 Gavaus Tappo gave 1,000 gold pieces to develop Scrinia Servinus dinning room. On 1/3/4720 Gavaus Tappo gave 12,000 silver pieces, 100,000 copper pieces, and 800 gold pieces for Scrinia Servinus to give to her workers to add to their building queue a Laboratory.
