12/08/21Dunnak Ironhammer from Quasqueton city moved here to start his own mine from the proceeds from being a joint owner with Lord Gregory. Enjoying the fact that he was one of Gregory crafters. Treating this as his country retreat he found a rich coal deposit at North Phandalin Lake. Using the money he saved he bought the land and developed the property. The first mine is called site one. He also sent inquiries to two brothers to form a mining partnership called Gundrean Brothers Coal Mining INC.
