On 4/7/1001 realizing that Tresendar estate might stay longer due to the contract with The Goldgrabbers and possible security work to get rid of the Redbrands to unless commercial activities they looked at an old abandoned property to build an office. When they came back from helping Dazlyn Grayshard, Gytus Bluewater, and Norbus Ironrune with the new Dwaren Excavation site they discovered. The Temple of Abbathor along with finding the Watch Tower of Phandalin shows this area might be rich with ancient treasure. On 4/23/1001 the building was completed for operations.
