"...yet again the city guard seem without the capacity to serve our great city of Cresta with these Scally street gangs getting ever bolder and disruptive. The Conglomerate funded Grimm Detective Agency, run by Aloysius Grimm, has been called in to provide support to the floundering City Guard. Grimm a former Captain of the Guard, left the services of Chairman Dunsinane under a dark cloud and took the Conglomerates coin to form the agency. Who knows what this is disgraced plod thinks he can do now and what sort of crew he's formed.
But what I can tell you is, we will be watching.
