A Superpowered game, based in modern world, Cyberware and Alternate Races need a GOOD reason.  Alternate Races are the equivalent to being a Mutant in a Marvel game.

There are:

• Super Powered Individuals,
  If you are from New York NY, Chicago IL, Neutropolis PA, it will be easier to be Super Powered.
• Paranormal Individuals
  if you are from Kentucky (Half Moon Hollow) or Louisiana (Mystic Bayou), or Alaska (Naked Werewolf) you will have an easier time being Paranormal.
• Mystic Individuals
  If you are from St. Louis MO, Seattle WA, Louisiana, or Georgia it is easier to be Mystically Based.
