10/22/22pop. unknown - Although separated from the mainland by more than 400 nautical miles, the spine islands are a large archipelago that are considered part of the continental land mass. The mainland has a trading agreement with only two of the islands (Auatisin Island and Ederveign's Rest). The seas around the islands are controlled by competing pirate fleets the largest of which is the Grey Ax. Most of the population are from Sycharia although rumors persist of an island of gnomes and of intelligent grey orcs from the lands beyond the Western Sea.
