Kole Piyasas is a relatively small Col Insanlar town on the northern border of their territory, but the largest slave market in all of Sycharia. Almost all slaves captured in the "Wilds" come through this hub for training and conditioning before being shipped elsewhere in the country or points beyond. Uzun Kirbac, a cruel and sadistic man is in charge of the town and all it's operations.

  • Government/Leader: Uzun Kirbac "The Long Whip" is the authority within the city and his authority is absolute. He is a sadistic man who has taken the modest slave market and turned it into a thriving source of revenue.
