Gongce

Gongce is the capitol city of the Chángcǎo people and home to Khagan Temujin. Massive walls surround the city proper, but there are generally many temporary dwellings outside it's walls, usually smaller tribes or caravans trading. Nestled in the foothills of The Broken Fangs make any tactical approach difficult at best. Unlike the other Chángcǎo cities, Gonge departs from the standard circular wheel-like pattern city structure, it's stone walls making a massive protective square around the city.  

• Population within the walls is approximately 10,000, but this can range higher by time of year.
• Government: Khagan Temujin, sovereign ruler of the Chángcǎo people . A relatively young ruler in his early 30s, Temujin is loved by his people and considered a just and fair ruler by all in the city.
• Zhang Jiao, a man in his 50s serves as the Khagan's trusted Adviser and though accepted as a shaman of considerable power, he displays some abilities that many consider somewhat supernatural. The small dragon that seems his ever-present companion has spawned much wild speculation about his heritage and he has not discouraged it
