Underneath the Underneath of the Order of Sevarl is the most feared prison in all of Sycharia.  Constructed of the ruins of an ancient buried elven city, buried in ash and glass in The Gloom, St. Ablon had the streets and buildings deep beneath the new city of Doheag excavated in the year 1115.  The project took nearly 25 years.  When it was done, the bishop used the place as a hold for prisoners from the pettiest thief to the most vile necromancer.  Ablon was committed to the idea that anyone, even those with broken minds, could be given the opportunity to change their lives.  His faith in the ways of the god, Pras, led him to believe in the redemption of all creatures through penance and compassion.  However, after his untimely death at the hands of one of his prisoners, the prisons went unused for many years.  Although the religion venerated him as a saint for the numbers of lives he converted to better lives (even the dwarf who killed him eventually converted to the Doheaga religion and became a priest), his practices of penance and confession were not followed during the chaos of the dark ages.

In the years after the burning, the Order of Pras recommitted itself to the ways of Ablon when his journals were discovered and studied.  They once again committed themselves to the belief in redemption and penitence. The prisons were once again filled with reprobates from across the kingdom (those that were lucky enough to be found worthy of redemption by the judges and Lavran).  Appealing to the Order of Pras, could often mean avoiding a death sentence.  Now, the clerics of Pras use their brutal methods to extract confessions and conversion or they remand the prisoners back to the Order of the Gauntlet for execution.  There are several wings of the Prison, but the exact nature of each wing save the upper most level is secret to all but those in the Order.
