This site of the village of Portachglas was destroyed during the burning and subsequent flooding caused by the dragon, Mortinirious.  The buildings are either under 2 feet of stagnant water or covered in vegetation.  This town is also inhabited by Versalids.  More than a thousand of them.  Ramble Stumplid camped here often, and it was here that he was over taken and murdered.
