08/02/25Storm Clouds Gather is an open VTT C&C game. Players in Storm Clouds Gather operate at two levels.
Level 1 - The Player Characters: Each player controls at least one player character that goes out to adventure, gaining experiences that lead to growth in skills and resources.
Level 2 - The Rulers: Each player also controls a domain under the leadership of a ruling persona who seeks to increase personal power while enlarging the his or her domain's influence and resources.
