More to be added as players explore...

Guild Row is the center of commerce and trade in the city, hosting the headquarters of various guilds and organizations. Here, you'll find craftsmen and artisans working on their trades, from blacksmiths to bakers. This district is bustling with activity, as merchants, traders, and other members of the guilds conduct their daily business.

Witches Corner is home to the city's magical universities, where students come from far and wide to study the arcane arts. This district is known for its towering spires and grand halls, and is a hub of magical research and experimentation. Some of the most powerful wizards and sorcerers in the land call this district home.

Bloody Coin is a district that caters to the more unsavory aspects of life in the city. Gambling halls, arenas, and other venues of vice and entertainment are found here. This district is popular among sailors and other travelers looking for a good time, but it can also be a dangerous place for the unwary.

High Court is where the city's wealthiest residents call home. This district is known for its grand mansions, beautiful gardens, and impressive halls. It's a place of luxury and refinement, where the city's elite come to enjoy the finer things in life.

High Palace is the residence of the city's admiral, who holds a position of great power and influence. This district is heavily guarded, with the BlueCloaks, the Hobgoblin Ronin mercenaries, maintaining order and security.

MidTown is the heart of the city, where most of the shops and merchants can be found. It's a bustling, lively district, filled with people from all walks of life. Here, you'll find everything from jewelry makers to food vendors, and everything in between.

MarketSquare is the city's central bazaar, a place where merchants come to sell their wares. This district is famous for its colorful stalls and the cacophony of aromas that fill the air. From exotic spices to fresh produce, there's always something new to discover in MarketSquare.

Dockside is the port district, where ships from all over the world come to unload their cargo. This district is always busy, with sailors, stevedores, and merchants coming and going. It's a hub of activity, and an essential part of the city's economy.

Southside is a working-class district, home to many of the city's laborers and their families. This district is also home to a number of brothels, catering to the needs of the city's sailors and travelers. Despite its seedier side, Southside is a tight-knit community, with its residents looking out for one another.

The Pit is the poorest district in the city, where residents live in cramped, stacked homes made of Clell, a unique clay and shell compound. Despite the difficult conditions, the residents of The Pit have created their own small town, with makeshift bridges connecting the homes from rooftop to rooftop. The district can be a rough place, but it's also a place of resilience and community spirit.

The Flood is a district with a tragic history. Twenty-five years ago, a devastating hurricane flooded the area, destroying the original district of Hollow Town. The goblinoid races quickly took control of the area, and with the admiral's backing, they established The Flood. Today, this district is a unique mixture of goblinoid culture and the remnants of the old city, with buildings standing above the water and serving as homes to its residents. The BlueCloaks serve as the policing force here, maintaining order and protecting the residents of The Flood.
