This is a dungeon with traps, puzzles and enemies that I (MakeWayForJebus) came up with myself.  I was pretty pleased with the way some of the traps and levers worked (taking darkvision range into account was a nice touch).  The addition of mimics not disguised as a treasure chest filled the PCs with a terror I had not foreseen; it affected them for the rest of the campaign.
