This tower constructed of yellow stone is located in Sigil. It houses the Celestial Eye, the source of an ancient prophecy, and is guarded by Humbart, along with the rest of the Order of the Prophet's Eye.

The main area houses shrines to Tyr, Bahamut, Athena, and Osiris.
